This is what we collect and why, in plain English.

When you book a call

Booking runs on Calendly. It asks for your name, your email, your trade, how many staff you have and the admin job you would hand over first. We use it to set up your call, send you the video link and be ready when we talk. We do not sell it. Calendly runs the booking page, and its own privacy policy applies.

Call recordings

Calls are recorded so you can rewatch them. Recordings are kept for 12 months.

How people use this site

When it is switched on, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use these pages: where they tap, how far they scroll, and where they get stuck. It records clicks and page movement, not what you type into the booking form. Microsoft runs it, and its own privacy statement applies.

Ads measurement

When it is switched on, we use the Meta pixel to measure whether our ads work. It tells Meta that a call was booked from this site.

Robot check

Calendly runs its own checks on the booking page to tell people from bots.

Fonts and video

The fonts and the video are served from this site, so loading a page does not send your details to a font or video company. The booking page loads Calendly.
